Rottweiler Puppy

I have a very sweet male pup that I can no longer keep because my landlord won’t accept another dog. He is about 10 weeks old. He was born on New Year’s Day!
He is potty trained and SUPER smart. Knows how to shake a paw and sit!
I paid $1000 for him but I will take $850 obo. I just want him to go to a really good home.
Can possibly deliver as well.
