Utility Cargo trailer

24' long X 8' wide X 7' tall United UXT-8 cargo trailer set up as a job trailer. It has 2- 7000lb axels.
The trailer has an insulated wall built between the front and back.
The front is 10 feet long and includes a desk, 3 chairs, locking storage cabinet, a 3 set of lockers, 6 folder holders, cork board and a certified 5lb fire extinguisher.
The back is 14 feet long and includes a metal set of shelving, a large greenlee lockable container (bolted to the floor), a wooden storage container, garbage can, certified 20lb fire extinguisher on a vehicle bracket.
The trailer has brand new 14 ply tires with less than 500km on them and this includes a brand new spare tire in the back work area. The bearings were packed the same time the wheels were replaced.
All of the trailer lights work.
There is an upgraded heavy duty jack installed but the original is still in place as a back up
The roof was fiberglass but the previous owner was a sheet metal contractor so they replaced it will sheetmetal. They built a roof rack with 4 holders spaning across the roof. There is a ladder to gain access to the roof.
One of the roof racks had broken on one side and punctured a small hole in the roof. This hole was covered with 26 gauge tin on both sides and sealed.
The trailer has a few superficial dents and dings.
It has been wired with 2 lights in the front, 2 in the back, and 4 outlets inside and one outside. There is a cheater cord to hook up power to the trailer.
There is a man door on the passenger side to the office that is upgraded with half inch steel to lock.
The back door is a double swinging door with a sea can style lock.
This trailer pulls like a dream with my half ton.
